Thank you for shopping with Diary of a Love Witch. Each order is carefully handcrafted, blessed, and packaged with love before it leaves our hands. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 14-21 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
For Custom spell oils, please allow 30 business days for processing (not including weekends or holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Economy Shipping (0–5 lb): $5.55
Standard Shipping (0–1 lb): $7.77
Standard Shipping (1–5 lb): $11.11
Economy Heavy (5–70 lb): $22.22

Transit time: 3–8 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship worldwide. International shipping is available via DHL Express and USPS International, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please Note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery. Diary of a Love Witch is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Transit time varies by country but is typically 7–21 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the hands of the carrier.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
For damaged items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.
