Please note: This is NOT a weight loss spell oil, but a motivation oil. Coming from a former fit girl herself and a personal trainer, when all I did was consume myself with the number on the scale, it absolutely wrecked me. But, it taught me that achieving my "dream body" was never about hitting a number on the scale, but achieving the healthiest, most radiant version of myself that I was proud of. It meant loving my body through its ups and downs, appreciating my body for its strength and what it can do, and building body confidence that no number on the scale can ever waiver - and that is what this what this spell oil is about.
